The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that babies be breastfed exclusively for at least six months.
Here are a few "signs" that your baby is ready for Solid Foods:
1.Ability to let you know she is full from a "meal" with signs such as turning away from the bottle or breast.
2.Ability to sit up and hold head up unassisted
3.Interest in your food

Before 1998, each year 4,130 babies born in the United States with the nerve tube defect and its nearly 1,200 died. Diseases nerve tube defect is more known as a type of disease spina bifida and anensefalus.
Why this happens?
After research conducted, it appears that this disease occurs due to negligence in the prospective mother's pregnancy they prepare well, and even since before conception occurs. So, what will we do to avoid this? What tips for planning healthy pregnancy ? More
